Nokia has just launched two new phones with some nice features to boot and yet won’t hurt your budget too much. The two new phones are the 3G-capable and yet affordable Nokia C2-01 and the social messaging phone, Nokia X2-01. Both phones offer several great features that you won’t really expect from a relatively cheap phone.  Briefly, here are what you should expect from these two new Nokia phones.

The Nokia C2-01 boasts of fast data services through its 3G connectivity feature. It’s a series 40 phone featuring a traditional keypad, a 3.2MP camera, 2-inch screen, music player, FM radio, Bluetooth, and memory card support up to 16GB. As compared to the first Nokia C2 phone, the C2-01 is not dual-sim capable. This phone also has Nokia Messaging for email and IM, threaded view for SMS and chat conversations, OVI Store, Ovi Music and Ovi Life Tools support.

For the Nokia X2-01, we’re looking at a decent phone geared for social networking and features a full QWERTY keypad. One of its unique features is the Communities app integrating Facebook and allowing you to see friends’ updated right on the phone’s homescreen. Not bad for a simple phone such as the Nokia X2-01, right? This phone also gives you quick access to music, media player, FM radio and Ovi Music. Other features of the Nokia X2-01 include - a 2.4-inch QVGA display, VGA camera and memory card support.
